I work with teens and adults struggling with anxiety, big life transitions, estrangement, and trauma. I specialize in woking with members of the adoption network and those impacted by foster care. I'm here to help you navigate the unique experience of parenting an adopted/fostered child and in navigating openness in adoption. I also work with adopted people age 12 and up in processing and taking ownership of their own story.
I utilize a kind and empathic humanistic approach with everyone so you can feel comfortable and safe on your journey to healing.

About Kelsie Canessa-Bisignano
Kelsie Canessa-Bisignano is a licensed clinical social worker with extensive experience supporting teens and adults within the foster care and adoption triad.
Kelsie graduated with her Masters in Social Work from the University of Saint Joseph in 2023.
Kelsie has completed multiple specialized trainings since earning her degree. Her most notable trainings include UCONN's Training in Adoption Competency, Options Counseling, and Functional Family Therapy- Foster Care.
